SMITHFormerly of Sackville Street, passed away on December 22nd 2000 at Sherwood View Nursing Home aged 79 years. Sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral on Friday January 5th, service and cremation to be held at 3.15pm at Markeaton Crematorium. Floral tributes may be sent to the Midlands Co-Operative Funeral Service, 73 Normanton Road, Derby.
